Edentify is a market research company who deal with lots of complex data on a daily basis. Despite the intricacies of what they do, they pride themselves on distilling that information back to their clients in clear and succinct ways. We created a new company template to help them do just that.

Edentify is proof that despite the complexities of your business, clear communication can help make sense of even the trickiest of data. They wanted to upgrade their existing company template into something more modern and more impactful, that was easily adaptable across the different document types they produced.
We took stock of every type of document they produced to ascertain how their company template would be used, including proposals, pitches, research reports and credentials. Once we understood the breadth and depth of their requirements, we created a multi-purpose template that would allow even the most novice of users a better way of producing attractive and intelligible documents.
Creating a style guide.
Being a young company, Edentify did not yet have a standardised style guide in place, which meant their documents were looking a little inconsistent, not to mention taking a long time to create. We solved this problem by articulating a new style guide and embedding it within the presentation template itself. Not only did it spell out fonts and colour hierarchies, it allowed for simple application via 100 example layouts.
Industry-specific icon set.
Being a market research company, simplifying the complex is at the heart of what they do. One mechanism of doing this is through the use of icons – something that was readily employed by the Edentify team. However, like most companies, sourcing icons was random, adhoc and inconvenient. We created an industry icon set, complemented with multi-media mock-ups – all editable within PPT, and saving the team precious time and curse words.
Working with Ink+Iris on our company template has been one of the smoothest and easiest projects we’ve ever worked on. They are experts at communications and helped us to distil our complex inputs into easy-to-understand outputs for our clients. Not only can we now produce attractive, consistent documents, we can do it quickly and easily, taking away many of the pain points that normally comes with pulling together presentations.
